Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have had tags removed will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return: swimwear, intimates.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
• An exchange for another item of equal value

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
